greeter's ministry

The Greeters' Ministry at St. James began in the fall of 2006.  Since that time any number of new people have been greeted as they enter the church and again as the service is concluded.  The greeters ask new people to sign the guest book, give them directions to various areas of the church, invite them for coffee in the Parish Hall and always add: "Please come back to see us!"

Please contact the church office or look for greeter Betty McDonald at a church service if you would like to be a greeter.  It is a rewarding experience for you and makes our visitors feel very welcome.
